Please note that for each match day, you can only buy 1 payment plan from us. If you buy the second payment plan, you will still be unable to access tips from your second payment plan.

When do you release your tips?

Please refer to the Latest Tips Release on the homepage of the site. The tips are available on site once the matches are listed there.

Do you notify your tips by email or SMS (via mobile phone) ?

No. All our tips are available on site. You can access our tips IMMEDIATELY once payment is made. Just login to your account after payment is done and you will be able to access the membership area which you have make payment to. You do NOT need to wait anymore for your tips to arrive.

For losing tips, could we see the next available tips instead of a refund?

Yes, you can drop us a note after matches ended to inform us that you do not want a refund but instead want to continue to access the tips for the next match day. We will send you an email telling you when our tips will be available. Do note that we do not send tips to you. All our tips are available on site.

If I buy tips from your tipsters, how does the refund works?

Overall, if you do not make money from our tips, be it you bought from 1 tipster, 2 tipsters or 3 tipsters, you will get full refund for your money. Please refer to our 100% Money Back Policy.

How long does it takes to process the refunds to my account?

We promise to take no more than 3 working days after end of match to process all refunds, back to the same account the payment was sent to us.

Can I pay using bank transfer or Western Union?

We apologise that at this moment, we only accept payments by credit card and PayPal only. Due to the complications of processing refunds by Western Union, we cannot accept such payment modes. For payments by credit cards and PayPal, we are able to track all incoming & outgoing payments, so that it would not create situations whereby our members would complaint of not receiving their refunds.

Can I request for a free trial tip?

All our tips comes with RISK-FREE 100% full refund in event the tips overall lose or even draw. As such, we apologise that we cannot offer any free trial tip at this moment.
